worked fine and then no water output

Was cleaning bathroom and using shower head to rinse walls down, stopped the shower to clean another area, and upon restarting it couple mins later, the motor spins up but there is little more than a dribble on EITHER hot or cold thermostat settings. Have checked the inline filter and removed the hose completely and still nothing really. There appears to be no change in the motor noise or speed of operation, there's just nothing coming out. What do you reckon please ?

You need to test your solenoid to see if it is faulty, the above video shows you how.
