Mira Event Power Shower Manual

My power shower does not seem to work. There is a flow of water but does not appear to increase or decrease and the shower does not seem to come on. if it is the manual pump and motor, I cannot find the part number anywhere online-211 27 to purchase. Do I need a new shower and would a new motor and pump assembly do the job? It was fitted in 1998.

Sorry I don’t recognize the 211.27 part number, however.....
