shower will not switch off

shower just started running on its own and won't switch off . I've checked the control switch and its hasn't got continuity when selected off. I've cleaned all the carbon off the pcb. Could the pcb be at fault?

Weare having a problem at the moment with our ticketing system it is runningwords together, we have people working on it!!

Ifit is leaking through the shower head then it is likely that the flow controlseal has failed.
