I have a mira event thermostatic the pump has become noisy and slows down and stops after a few minutes use i think the pump is faulty can you please advise, also not sure of the year are the pumps the same for 96 and 93 models. many thanks

It sounds like you need a new motor and pump unit or you mayget away with just fitting a new set of brushes to the motor.

 

We would always advise changing the complete motor and pumpunit however the brushes are much cheaper.

Although the brushes are the same for both motors, the motorand pump units are different for the different models the front covers aredifferent if you compare them with the drawings on our web site you should beable to work out which is which, or you could send us a photo of your shower

It is a Mira Event older shower. Is there a part that you can purchase in order to get the hose to stay connected to the shower box or do you have to replace the whole thing?
