This question is regarding Mira Event (Thermostatic) - post 1996 - Shower Spares

Have a MIra Event problem [Not sure if it's the thermostatic or manual]

Pump seems to be working well on cold water setting but when you turn up to hot water the sound of pump changes and much less water comes out. This has happened suddenly. Please can you advise?

First I would strip the filters out and make sure that they are clean.
