This question is regarding Mira Event (Thermostatic) - post 1996 - Shower Spares

no water

When the water is turned on nothing happens, the pump does not start, this is in a spare room and seldom used. Any idea of a problem?

Check that there is 230-240v to the shower , as it may have been switched off.
