This question is regarding Mira Event (Thermostatic) - post 1996 - Shower Spares

No water at outlet

MIRA Event thermostatic has water at the filter and the filters are clean but on switching on the pump starts and makes all the right noises but absolutely no water comes out . It has been a bit intermittent up to now but has given up completely today. Does the solenoid need changing?

Check the head and hose and if these are ok then have a look at the check valves. There is no solenoid in the shower that you came from, unless it is the XS type that you have.

when I turn the flow control on nothing happens , it is in a spare room and only used by visitors so has not had alot of use
