This question is regarding Mira Event XS Manual - Shower Spares

LEAKING MIra XS-HELP!

Our Mira Event XS shower has started leaking a considerable amount at the base where the hose joins the main white housing- which parts do we need to buy to fix it? Are there seals? Does it need a new hose? I am not at all technical (as you can probably guess from this email), but do have a friend who could help if you can provide parts

You will need to remove the cover to ascertain where the leak is from as it could be a number of things causing this.
