Mira Event xs - low flow

Hi, getting very low flow on Mira Event xs power shower - slowed to a trickle during a recent shower and never recovered. Cleared inlet filters, and getting 3.77kohm across the solenoid, but still v low flow even with shower head off. Any ideas please? Thanks.

Is the pump working? Try it with out the hose to see if the problem lies here. If these are ok then it maybe a faulty cartridge.
