mira xs cartridge

i have just replaced the cartridge in my mira xs shower but there doesn't seem to be much water coming through i have checked the filters and pipes going into the cartridge and removed the pipe going up to the pump ,there are no obvious obstructions and when i removed the cartridge and opened cold and then hot taps there is plenty of water coming through and also plenty through the filter. pump motor and impellar revolves round also . please have you any ideas , i'm Also quite confident in my Ability that i have fitted new cartridge correctly kind regards steve cole

It may be your solenoid valve, you can check it if you have a multi meter, you should have a reading of at least k3.5 ohms, across the two terminals any less and you need a new valve. (Check the valve in the failed state.) (When it has stopped working!)

If there is power getting to the solenoid and it is not operating then there is a good chance that you have a faulty solenoid.
