Motor not turning

The shower is not pumping, so poor flow. I took the cover off to check the filters, but noticed that when turned one, motor does not turn - just vibrates and makes loud buzzing. I can rotate the motor by hand (with power off) but only in one direction. When switched on, it jumps back slightly in the other direction, but just vibrates.

Is this a motor problem, circuit board or impellor?

The impeller could be damaged and you will need a new motor/pump.
