No hot water pressure

Our shower has no hot water pressure, when turned to cold water the pressure is as expected but when switched to hot water the pressure is minimal with water coming out with a spitting effect. My mum called out a plumber who refered us to your company and said it may be the selanoid part?

I was wondering the possible effect of this and a rough guide for it being fixed including call out charges, labour and the parts?

Many thanks

Our service engineers only cover Edinburgh and surrounding area, but I would suggest that you get the inlet filters checked as it sounds like the hot may be blocked. The manual will show where these are.
