Mira excel

Hi, I had my shower panels replaced but when my Mira excel shower was refitted there was no cold water coming through. The filter was cleaned and helped but I’m still not getting enough cold water through. Do you think a new cartridge would solve this?

Depending on the age of the shower there may be filters that need cleaning.You may need to remove the cartridge to see if the cold is coming through correctly.
