Shower dripping

Hi, I've got a mira excel EV mixer. I've tried 3 replacement cartridges but am still getting a drip from the shower head. I've checked the water pressure and it is within the advised range (I have an unvented system). Any advice on why it is still dripping after replacements? Thanks.

Either the cartridges have not been fitted correctly or the body is damaged.
