This question is regarding Mira Excel/Select Thermostatic Cartridge - 903.33

shower won't turn off

Client has a Mira Excel - EV shower cartridge No. 410 01 01797 10 the shower would not turn off completely ; I took out the cartridge and cleaned it and it then worked well for a couple of months ie it stayed turned off but was not used much. Over Christmas it was used a bit and will now not turn off completely. Do I need a new cartridge or is there another possible solution

I am afraid it is just a new cartridge, they eventually ware out.
