mira excell connection to wall hot and cold

the part shown on your order line photo. the whole thing keep coming undone and cannot fix it

I am not exactly sure which part you are referring to but it sounds like the cartridge, unfortunately if there is any problem with that then it is a case of replacing the complete cartridge.

If that is not the part can you send us a photo of the part that is causing the problem.
