Mira Excel only showers hot water
3 years ago we had a pumped system installed, using a Stuart Turner Monsoon 4.1 bar twin pump.
The cartridge was not changed or adjusted for high pressure by our plumber and lately the shower only sprays hot water.
I have removed the cartridge, switched the high/low pressure setting to 'high', checked the filters, replaced the seals and reinstalled the cartridge.
I have also adjusted the butterfly to vary the heat settings, but the carrtridge just won't allow cold water through.
Two questions:
1. If I replace the cartridge with a like for like, will it be able to work with the pumped system?
2. If it won't work with the pumped system, can you recommend an alternative cartridge? I don't want to have to rip everything out and put an alternative system in!

According to the manufacturer these cartridges can handle only,
max 2 bar maintained pressure, 10 bar static, Exposed Shower,
max 5 bar maintained pressure, 10 bar static, Built in Shower.
So your shower should be able to work with your pump.
