This question is regarding Mira Excel - post 1990 - Shower Spares

Suitable to use with a combi shower ? Maximum pressure it can take?

Hi there.



I got a Mira Excel shower since the house was new and that was around 15 years ago. Would the shower be ok to use with a combi shower?



Here is picture of it, would be good if someone could tell me the actual model or is there any model number on it?

Yes the Excel is combi compatible there is an adjustment atthe rear of the cartridge to change the cartridge to high pressure.

 

As I recollect the cartridge is  good for up to 5 bar when working however inour experience it works best at around 3bar
