This question is regarding Mira Excel (Post 2003) Cartridge Assembly - 451.71

Hot water temperature is too cold

Hi,



I brought a MIRA-451.71 Mira Cartridge Assembly/filters (new Style 2003 Onwards) 451.71 from http://www.showerdoc.com the other week. (Order number: 685409) to replace my old broken cartridge.



Everything works OK, but for one thing.



When I turn the shower on to the maximum hot setting. i.e number 9. The temperature of the water is warm. i.e. it is not hot enough like my old cartridge when it was working.



All the other taps in the house give good hot water.



Please can you tell me what the problem is here? Is there a problem with my new cartridge?

As long as the filters are clear and you are getting hot water to the shower you can adjust the temperature setting from the factory norm. There is a leaflet with the new cartridge that explains how to do this.
