Mira Excel - too hot!

Hi, I have a Mira Excel that is running quite hot when at a low setting. The temperature does increase when adjusted but just not low enough for comfort. I have several of these showers on the same system; the others are running fine. Cartridge or adjustment possible? Your assistance is much appreciated.

If the temperature problem isolated to the shower or are you having the same problems from your taps?

If the answer is NO to this question then you will need to change the cartridge in you shower.

The cartridge can be found via this link provided - www.showerdoc.com/mira-cartridge-assembly-excel-select-903-33

PLEASE NOTE:

The cartridge comes factory set for LOW PRESSURE systems.

If your shower is supplied by a combi boiler then you will need to change the setting on the new cartridge. You can watch how this is done via the video
below the cartridge on the link above.

If the problem is not isolated to the shower and you are having issues with your taps too then you need to get the boiler checked again.
