Mira Excel high / low pressure

In 1993 I fitted a Mira Excel TB Thermostatic Mixer Shower ~ and the box tells me it has a low pressure cartridge. Turning the control is stiff and it seems it is time to replace the cartridge.

1. Is the Mira Cartridge 903.33 at £97-02 the correct replacement cartridge ? (The part no is not the same as mentioned in my 1993 installation booklet that came with the shower).

2. Your website shows a Red Key to go with this cartridge. What is this for? When I fitted this shower in 1993 there was no key.

3. The present shower installation is gravity fed from a hot water cylnder and cold water tank in the loft. If I change my boiler to a more modern boiler ~ Combi etc ~ sometime in the distant future, will this shower with the new cartridge be compatible. I realise this will require different pipework.

The Cartridges were high and low pressure, the current 903 33 by using the key changes it from High to Low, with a combi all you will need to do, assuming the pressure is high enough is switch it to high pressure.
