Whistle noise

I purchased a new cartridge from you a couple of months ago & it was fine now there is a whistle noise when the shower is running when you turn temp up it gets worse will this be caused by the pressure switch on the cartridge been on low as we assumed it was set on high when it came? Thanks.

Change the pressure setting on the back to high to see if this stops the whistling.
