Seal replacement

Hi, I have a slight drip from the shower head, would a seal kit do the job or is it possible there may be wear on the metal parts of the head assembly?

I don't want to buy the same seals twice by getting a new head assembly and new seals for the rest of the mixer.

It is more likely that one of the valves, hot or cold, has a washer that is faulty. Check these first. Replacement can be bought from your local plumbing shop.
