Shower dripping

My Fino B shower constantly drips, if I hold the on/off handle up tight to off the drip stops. Can you advise me if this sounds like the correct part I need to order from you. Or could it be the hot and cold cartridges. Thank you

Yes it sounds like the flow cartridge is faulty.
