This question is regarding Mira Fino - Exposed - Shower Spares

mira fino shower not working not sure what parts required

we have a mira fino shower, which first started off with the lever being very stiff to operate and then now no water comes through at all. I'm not sure what part needs replacing and if I should just buy a whole new thermostatic shower instead of replacing parts. Just moved into this house so not sure how long it's been here but it does not look too old.

The usual problem with this shower is the ,

which wears away inside. Replacing this may well solve the problem.
