Plastic part broken

Hi, The attached photos show what has broken today on our Mira Fino shower. Do you know if this will be available to purchase anywhere, and if not what we can do - need to be able to use it again asap! Many thanks.

It is the hose outlet that seams to be broken, www.showerdoc.com/mira-right-angled-connector-rac-mounting-pack-450-20 , this part.
