Cold water

In the summer shower works fine.when temperature drops the shower is cold. Mira say water is too cold and the electric supply is only 215v. Yet flush the loo and temperature comes up. I think it is a temperature control problem ? Mira do not respond to my enquiries. Any suggestions the unit is 18 months

You could try replacing the flow valve. But with this power input your shower is effectively a 8.5kw one.
You may also have a more consistent result with a non thermostatic shower than of this type.
