Is the Mira Gem compatible with a combination boiler

I am afraid that a Gem is NOT suitable for a combi boiler.

Can you advise if there is a suitable cartridge that would be compatible with a combination boiler that would work with the Mira Gem.

It is not really a case of replacing the cartridge it will need a new shower.

Depending on how your Gem is fitted the Element below may be your best option.
