This question is regarding Mira Gem 88 - Exposed - Shower Spares

Mira gem 88

I'm looking to replace the vertical bar and attachments that shower head rests in but can't find it anywhere. Current bar is chrome with white plastic ends and plastic attachments which have broken.

Rail kits can be use for most showers and are not usually exclusive,
