No water flow

Family of five - shower was cutting out after two or three people had showered, but now no water flows. When the power is switched on, the on/off button is illuminated red, but nothing happens. Usually the light does not appear until the on/off switch is pushed, but it now lights as soon as the unit becomes live.

I think you have a faulty flow valve there are two you need to select the one that is the correct rating for your shower.

The first part of your question points fairly clearly to the flow valve, when you say "Usually the light does not appear until the on/off switch is pushed, but it now lights as soon as the unit becomes live" you are correct this is unusual, however I think you have to replace the flow valve first, then see if there is a continuing problem with the lights.

I suspect everything will be OK after the flow valve is replaced.
