This question is regarding Mira Go - Shower Spares

No power light on showed

Pull switch lights up and is on. Mains power switch on shower is not. This happens intermittently. It was okay when my husband had his shower this morning. But not when I went to have mine. It has done this before. Only shower in the house so desperate. Thanks

When you switch the shower on if the light in the pull cord switch goes out then it is likely that you have a faulty pull cord.


If this is not the problem switch of the power and rempve the front cover of the shower and have a look for any loose connections if you find nothing then take a couple of photos and send them to us.
