Mira hose and shower head

I have a Mira Silva shower, the shower head has broken off the shower hose, I will need a shower head and a hose to fit the Mira Silver, which ones would you recomment

Are you sure that it is not just the hose that is broken it would be unusual for the head to break at same time, if you are uncertain send us a photo and we will work out what you need.

The shower head has a bit on the end that screws into the shower hose, this screw-in bit has snapped off and is stuck in the shower hose, so unfortuantely I will need to buy both the shower head and shower hose. Could you recommend which one I should buy to fit the Mira Silver shower.
