Mira Jump 8.5

To whom it may concern, I have the above model shower & all has been working fine since yesterday where I had a plumber / boiler man come over to replace in my cellar the old water tap valve to a newer version stop cock Valve (hand lever design) - so he had all this sorted & got air lock out the water system e.g opening all taps / sink etc all jolly good However the problem occurred - I switched the shower ON & it made this burble spluttering sound & released the water from the shower head & the heat was all working - so I switched the on/off button to switch it off - & Now it doesn't turn off & continues to flow water out from the shower head :( So I switched the isolated pull cord to turn it off BUT still the water was flowing out from the shower head & The ON/Off button remains on & doesn't go off till I pull the cord isolator switch Don't no what's happened from there & not sure what part is required to get this sorted ;( At the current moment the plumber has capped off the water line side Please help - Thanks in advance

If when you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the shower keeps running then you have a faulty solenoid valve.

When you switch off the shower at the main isolator and the water stops running, then you have a faulty on/off switch or a faulty PCB or a micro switch that is sticking on.
