Mira Jump Gets hot!

Been ask to look at shower saying it was to hot. so I notice first they put a different shower head, not standard mira. Try turning from cold to hot without shower head to see if that was the cause first. Ok at first but did get hotter few mins later. Water pressure the same. so I was thinking flow assembly, also think put new shower head and hose too. if I am right to say flow assemble, it does not say on the parts label flow assemble with stabilizer, is stabilizer already built in the flow assemble? Many thanks

This is the part . Once this and the head are changed the fault may go. The flow valve is the stabiliser.
