Shower to hot

My son has a Mira jump shower fitted the temperature is ok on ECO but when switched up to full power within 30seconds it is to hot to use

Turn the shower temperature control from fully cold to fully hot. When you do this slowly there should be a gradual change in temperature and flow. At fully hot you should have not much more than a dribble coming from the hose, and on fully cold you should have a good strong flow. If you do not have this difference, or the flow or temperature is erratic, then you may have a faulty flow/stabilizer valve.
Check that the head and hose are clear , as this can cause this problem.
