MIRA ZEST SHOWERHEAD/HANDSET HOLDER ON RAIL

Would this work with current MIRA ZEST Shower?

Or do you do the exact part that slides up and down the rail and holds the showerhead?

It is the riser rail that governs what holder you require not the shower and dia of riser rail is the critical factor.
