Is this a suitable replacement for 2.1605.163 ?

I have the Mira Eco fittings kit 2.1605.163 but this doesn't appear to be available anymore. Is the 2.1605.154 a good replacement?

Alternatively this would be a good suitable replacement as one end of the rail is adjustable to suit current holes already drilled in tiles / walls - www.showerdoc.com/mx-combo-kit-chrome-6-mode-1-50m-hose-rdl
