PCB or Pump Motor

Hi. I am trying to fault-find one of these Mira Magna DM pumped showers. Neither the Pump Control PCB (463.35) or Pump and Motor Assembly (463.34) are showing any signs of damage, but the pump does not run. The Solenoid Manifold (463.33) is opening and closing, and the Stepper Motor (463.04) appears to be working correctly. I am getting 240V AC on each connection to the motor with respect to earth/neutral but nothing across the connections. So, PCB or Pump?

If you are getting 240 to the motor and it is not running then that points to the motor and pump unit.

See below.

The problem with this is it is a difficult DIY repair unless there is something obviously wrong, we would fault find by substitution

I would first check the power supply, and then work our way through the unit checking things PCB, solenoids, power to pump, power to stepper, etc. until I find one that is receiving power but isn't working.

The issue is that a shower engineer will carry spares and fit and remove them as he works his way through the processor.

As a DIY job it is impossible to carry all these expensive parts.

Therefore in this case unless you have a good idea which part is faulty then I would call in a shower engineer.
