Flashing High & Warm Up

It started out flashing warm up/stop, switched it off & on now it flashes high & warm up/stop, only 18 months old, , mira engineer came out to fix under warranty but wouldn't get on a ladder to have a look at it in the airing cupboard ` as you cant mess around with water & electrics` apparently. bought a second hand supposed fully working DMV and that does the same. Help !!!!!!! If the unit is powered down and you hold down the flashing buttons and switch it back on you can use the low & medium flows and adjust the temperature but not switch it off. Is this the Main PCB the Control button PCB or the linking cable

 This is difficultwithout seeing the unit, however these are usually fairly reliable units andtwo parts both displaying the same fault would suggest an installation fault tome.

So the first thing to do would be to check that it has beeninstalled correctly according to the installation instructions.

worked fine for 18 months though and the plumber went to great pains to ensure the pipework was angled as required in the manual with the correct tank head etc.
