Mira Digital Mixer Pumped - no water pressure

Hi. Pump unit doesn't sound like it is firing and water through the rain head is just a trickle regardless of high, medium or low setting. Am guessing the model is around 2006/2007.

Not much to go on here but ......

When the unit is switched on can you check if there is power going to the pump unit, if there is then you probably need a new motor and pump.

If there is no power then it is more likely to be a switching problem or a faulty PCB.

This check will have to be carried out live if you feel in the least bit nervous about doing the check then it is time to call in an electrican or a shower service engineer.
