This question is regarding Mira Magna Pumped Digital Mixer - Shower Spares

No noise from pump

When we use the shower it would appear that the pump is not running, there is no high pitched whirring just a dull sound, would this be the pump has failed or the PCB is failed?The water mixes fine and the controls all work just lacking pressure and noise.

Try switching the unit off and on to see it it resets. And also check that there is power to the unit, and that the filters are not blocked if you can.
