Pump not functioning

Hi, there is electrical power to the shower, and the shower functions in a weak flowing 'gravity fed' way ie the water will flow the same on 'low' 'medium' and 'high' and mix/warm up but the pump never switches on. Is this likely to be a failed pump or a failed pump PCB? (or something else??) filters had a bit of debris in but are clear now. Are there any other sensors/controls that will stop power to the pump? Thanks

The pump maybe seized or faulty. You could try moving the area at the brushes to see if it is seized. As you say it could be a pcb fault but substitution is the only way to test this.
