Stop vv solenoid not operating

Hi The solenoid for the stop vv is not operating and so the vv does not open and I have no water the the head. I have replaced the solenoid just in case with no effect. There is no voltage to the solenoid. From what I can see it's wired to the pump control pcb ( item 16) Before I order a replacement. Is this likely to be the cause?

First check that there is power getting into the controller , and if so it could be one of the PCBs
