464.12 support bracket

Hi

I am just installing the shower and pushed a small length of copper pipe into the bracket, as instructed to mark the ceiling, but now can get it out. Is there any way of removing it or do I have to purchase the white plastic o ring housing or do I have to purchase the whole support bracket?

I am not sure that I understand however do you mean that the pipe is caught in the fitting if this is the case have a look here http://www.johnguest.com/Home/literature-downloads/UK-Literature/UK-A4-product-Guide-0311.aspx

From about page 7 on

If you push the collet on the end of the fitting in and pull the pipe out at the same time it should release the pipe
