Sqealing valve

I have the above problem on a Stylus shower which seems to be coming from thermostat cartridge. can i change this part? There is a PRV on incoming main and also one on heatslave oil combi. There is an identical shower on same pipework in next room which is perfectly ok so no problems with pressure balancing. They are approx 7 years old

We have had a few reports of the squealing from these valves , and it is sometimes caused by the inlet filters. Greasing and cleaning these can sometimes work.

These are the only replacements as there are no cartridges for the valve available.
