Is there a service pack available for this shower?

You can get a pack of seals.

However if you have a temperature or dripping problem then unfortunately you are going to need a new cartridge.

Hi there I am wondering whether you can help me at all. I am missing only the small ball at the top of this fitting, will I really need to replace the whole valve?
