Mira Orbis On/Off button

My Mira Orbis 9.8kw shower power on/off button is stuck in an "on" postion. The button goes in but doesn't come back out. How do I resolve this Thanks

Try spraying the cover with a bathroom type cleaner and use a brush between the button and the surround as it could be a residue that is causing this.
