Unable to adjust temperature, shower water very hot, have turned the shower over and them only get cold water.

Check that the inlet filter is not blocked, as it seams to be given your description.

Morning, I've checked the filters and they are clear, can you recommend a replacement shower that would fit onto my current pipework which is tiled. My water system has main pressure cold water with a pumped hot water storage system.

The above has the same pipe centres as you shower , so should be an easy swap.
