This question is regarding Mira 722 Pillar And Sleeve Assembly - 900.11

fitting spindle and sleeve

hi i need a new pillar and sleeve and i wonder if can change this without removing half my bathroom wall in other words is it simple or tricky.A kit will not do as i have rounded the end of the spindle.

i dont really need a sleeve

It should be relatively easy to replace, however if it is just the spindle you need would this part not do?
