Mira Platinum slow start

Mira Platinum Dual Outlet HP Mixer shower now takes a long time to start (sometimes 10+ mins!). Initially thought it might be an airlock in the feed to the shower but have now ruled this out. Unit is approximately 3 years old. Could it be failing parts?

It could be blocked filters in the inlets or a faulty pcb.
